Ryan Adams – Managing Director
Ryan has been in the crane industry since 2007, starting out as an electrical fitter mechanic with a natural curiosity for how things work. That mindset — calm, analytical, and solutions-focused — still drives RKA today.
For Ryan, innovation isn’t a buzzword. It’s how we improve safety, efficiency, and outcomes for our customers and our team. At RKA, people always come first — and that philosophy runs through everything we do.
