Training and VOC outcomes depend on attendance, participation, and assessment results

Carrier liability and delivery issues:
If you choose to use your own carrier, you authorise us to release Goods to that carrier and risk passes to you when the carrier collects the Goods.
If we arrange delivery, we may use third-party carriers. Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers after dispatch, including missed delivery windows, depot delays, weather events, or incorrect delivery details provided by you.
