How we get your order to you. For the legal detail on risk and title, see section 8 of our
Terms of Service.
Free pickup
Pickup is free from any of our four warehouses:
- Wetherill Park, Sydney
- Truganina, Melbourne
- Larapinta, Brisbane
- Malaga, Perth
Choose pickup at the shipping step of the checkout. We will let you know when your order is ready
to collect.
Delivery
- Australia Post for parcels within their size and weight limits. The cost is
calculated at checkout. - Free delivery in Riverstone (postcode 2765) on orders over $100.
- Urgent Sydney delivery is available at checkout when you need it the same or
next day.
Larger orders — freight quoted separately
Australia Post will not carry a parcel heavier than 22 kg or longer than
105 cm. A good deal of what we sell is over that — chain, wire rope reels,
hoists, winches and trolleys among them.
If your order is over those limits we will quote the freight separately rather than guess at it.
You have two options:
- Use Request Shipping Quote in the cart and we will come back to you with a
price. - Or place the order and we will contact you with the freight cost before we dispatch anything.

Delivery times
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and depend on stock, your location and the carrier. If
something is on back order we will tell you.
When goods arrive
Please check your delivery promptly and tell us within a reasonable time if anything has arrived
damaged, incorrect or missing. See our Returns and Refunds page.
Risk and title
Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you nominated, or when you
or your carrier collect them. Title passes when we receive full payment, unless we have agreed
otherwise in writing.
